My spouse and I frequent the casino, and restaurants about six times a year. We enjoy taking guests, or family with us as its not that far to drive.

The road is great getting there, the atmosphere where its located is very nice. We mainly go to dine out, and enjoy free play plus they offer certain players rewards gifts. The gaming is hot and cold its been mainly freezing there and I don't mean the weather but the gaming. We find the casino is much cleaner then those at Lake Tahoe. The staff is pretty friendly at Red Hawk.

I have to admit some of the cocktail servers really go out of their way.I find odd they will use ones first name if you're a man ordering with your credit card.at least that is the experience.

The buffet at times is just over loaded with people but that's good I guess.the only problem that seems to continue is poor service in one restaurant downstairs.and I don't mean the buffet. Dished will be left in front of you.and no refills.they just don't come back.although I must say about two months ago we did have great service downstairs.the server was really good its hit and miss at best. Here is the one let's call it inappropriate experience that happen last fall. I was with my spouse in the high roller area we were watching a man, and a woman walking around the area as we gamble together. It felt creepy as they were sizing up people in there.
